UP TO $9,000 IN BONUSES FOR NEW EMPLOYEES
$3,000 in hiring bonuses are available to new team members hired between March 18, 2022, and December 31, 2023. The first $1,500 will be paid upon hire with the remaining $1,500 paid after successfully completing the 6-month probationary period.
$6,000 in retention bonuses will be paid to employees in $2,000 payments to those who work at STA from July 1 to November 30, 2022, from December 1, 2022 to May 15, 2023 and from May 16, 2023 to November 30, 2023.
