Connect cards will cost $5 at all locations starting March 1. You can still get your Connect card free before March 1.
Also starting March 1, if you register your Connect card you will receive a one-time $5 credit. Learn more about how to register your card here.
There will be a $5 replacement fee for physical cards and no credit will be given for lost cards.
The $5 credit available to those who register their Connect card, will offset the $5 cost when starting their first card.
You can create a Connect account online or in the STA Connect App on iOS or Android to register your card. Not only will you receive a $5 credit starting March 1, you will also benefit from self-service account management features like:
- View fare capping progress
- Add money or passes
- Start, pause or stop autoload
- Lock and replace lost or stolen cards
- Manage payment methods
- View and export card activity, including ride history
- View account activity and download receipts
