REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

for

SPOKANE TRANSIT BRAND AUDIT SERVICES

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM, Pacific Time, July 21, 2022, in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the RFP.  Proposals must be submitted via Drop Box at the link provided below and must be labeled with the number and name of the solicitation RFP # 2022-10699 STA Brand Audit:

All Proposals shall be effective for ninety (90) Days from the Proposal Due Date or Best and Final Offer (“BAFO”) date (if applicable), whichever is later.  Late submittals shall be deemed non-responsive.  The cost of Proposal preparation will be completely borne by the Proposer.  STA reserves the right to request an original of a Proposal with original signatures, at its sole discretion.

Except as otherwise provided for herein, submittals which are incomplete, or which contain items not requested in the RFP, or which are not in conformance with the RFP or applicable laws, rules and regulations, may be rejected as non-responsive.
