STA is expanding digital tools for Paratransit riders with the launch of STA PassApp, now available for download in both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The new mobile app provides the same features riders are familiar with through PassWeb, the browser-based ride scheduling software, but with the added convenience of managing trips directly from a smartphone or tablet.
PassApp allows Paratransit riders to take greater control over their travel planning. Users can view upcoming trips, check ride history, and manage changes to existing reservations — all in a single, mobile platform. Real-time updates allow users to see van locations.
Additionally, online trip booking is now available through both PassApp and PassWeb for certain eligible trips. Riders can book select trips three to seven days in advance to destinations they have visited in the past 30 days.
These digital enhancements reflect STA’s ongoing commitment to accessibility, customer service, and innovation. With PassApp and PassWeb working hand in hand, Paratransit riders have more choices for when and how they manage their transportation.
