Each year, STA develops service updates to improve the transit system for all riders.

This page provides detailed information on proposed changes for the upcoming year, along with opportunities for public feedback.

STA will publish the Planned Service Revisions Report by November 5, 2025, which will outline planned changes to take place in 2026. Note that other minor route and schedule adjustments will occur as needed but are not presented here.

Proposed 2026 Fixed Route Service Changes

The document outlines changes to fixed route service in May and September 2026, including:

  • Adjustments to routing and frequency for Route 20 SFCC
  • Introduction of service to east Hillyard
  • Adjustment to routing for Route 23 Maple/Ash and Route 223 Shadle/Indian Trail
  • Minor realignment of Route 12 Southside Medical Shuttle near Lewis and Clark High School
  • Northside interline changes, including Route 20 SFCC and Route 33 Wellesley

Public Outreach and Engagement

The public survey to gain feedback on the planned changes is open and will continue until December 15th, 2025. Please visit Service Revisions Survey 2026 to participate.
